We exist to come alongside church plants and planters to help them grow vibrant, gospel-centered, missional churches.
recruiting & mobilizing
We are praying for, and looking for, potential church planters to help us renew our country with the good news of the gospel. Are you sensing a call from God to pastor or plant churches? We would like to hear from you.
assess
Our network has a proven, effective assessment process that helps people discern whether they are called into ministry, the pastorate, or church planting. Our process uses multiple methods of measurement, including a sophisticated 360-degree church leadership tool, a three-day Assessment Centre retreat, and in-depth candidate interviews to help candidates discern where and to what, God is calling them. training and coaching
We have a growing number of trained coaches, who are experienced church planters, to come alongside planters. The coaching connection is gospel-centered and relational, with the coach looking to build into the candidate’s spiritual health by providing key competencies that are needed to navigate a church to health.
funding
We help fund church plants. Funding follows from a relationship that develops through the Assessment and training process. All network church plants are funded by a customized combination of central network funding and fundraising by the church planter.
internships
Many of the network churches have internship opportunities available for young ministers to learn and grow in real-time ministry placements. COMING SOON…list of available internship across Canada.
events/conferences
The Grace Network sponsors and partners with other organizations in running conferences and events that support and train church planters in our network.
church planting wives
Our network is committed to supporting, equipping, and encouraging the church planting wife. With this goal in mind, we provide one-on-one mentoring relationships and retreats to help come along-side church planting wives.
